The steps for team affiliation are as follows:

1. 1. Individual Registration: Athletes complete individual registration and payment for the “Individual” category starting from 16 June 2025.
   2. Team Registration: By 1 July 2025 , team managers or representatives register their teams and select athletes from the list of registered participants to finalize team registration.
   3. Free Member Changes: Between 1 – 31 July 2025, changes to team members can be made free of charge.
   4. Paid Member Changes: Between 1 – 31 August 2025, there is a fee of 150 Baht per person per change for any alterations to team members.
